The Fidelity Employer Site is no longer in service
Username and Password are the User ID and PIN that are defined on the letter sent to you by HSBC Institution Trust Services (Asia) Limited.
1.The Fidelity Retirement Master Trust (MPF) has onboarded the eMPF Platform on 30 December 2025. Fidelity Employer Site ceased operations at 6pm on 19 December 2025. All MPF administrative processes are transferred and handled by the eMPF Platform. Please visit the official

register on the eMPF Platform
to submit instructions via the Platform after the Onboarding Date.
2.ORSO's Employer portal online account at Fidelity has been transitioned to the new employer portal offered by HSBC Institutional Trust Services (Asia) Limited. Please register and use the new
employer portal
or contact the designated operations team to enquire your company's ORSO account information and submit instructions. You can also contact your designated HSBC account manager for assistance.
